Overview

AnLar was established to address broad-reaching and high-impact issues in education, human services, and management. We aim to solve problems through creativity, flexibility, and sustainable processes. Areas of focus include research and evaluation, communications and IT development, data systems and support, and technical assistance to improve structures and internal procedures and coordination. In Massachusetts, Anlar helped pilot, finalize, and roll out the DESE / EEC Welcome to Kindergarten guidance and toolkit statewide and created and facilitated the Massachusetts Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator’s Leadership Institute (ECLI), among other projects.
