Overview

BSCS Science Learning is an independent non-profit organization that has been a leader in U.S. science education since 1958. BSCS is on a mission to transform K-12 science teaching and learning nationwide. Since our founding in 1958, BSCS has been committed to the idea that science is not just something you know but something you do. We provide instructional resources (5E Instructional Model, BSCS Biology, and have been a leader in the OpenSciEd consortium), professional learning programs, and leadership support (including NextGend TIME, a suite of tools districts can use to evaluate science instructional materials).
