Overview

Lynch Leadership Academy is a collaborative, cross-sector community of school and district leaders who work to transform educational experiences of students in Massachusetts and Northeast Ohio. LLA partners with districts, charters, dioceses, and independent schools to build the capacity of principals and help them assert their leadership—individually and collectively—to improve student outcomes.

Lynch Leadership Academy was established in 2010, thanks to a generous multi-year grant from the Lynch Foundation. LLA established a unique bridge between the Carroll School of Management and the Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College, latticing the necessary learning school principals need to do to become skilled instructional leaders and executive managers.
